Mr. Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Hemaidi - Acting Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Nairobi, headed the delegation of the State of Qatar from the Ministry of Environment at the fifty-ninth session of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC-59), which was held from 25 to 28 July 2023 at the United Nations Headquarters in Nairobi.
